Blood Price Releases Today!

Last Updated on October 2, 2024 by ThoughtsStained

I CANNOT believe I’m a published author today! Blood Price, my epic fantasy debut about a woman who pushes her limits in what she’ll pay to protect those she loves, is now out in the world. You can order it as a paperback, ebook or a signed copy. Thank you for all of your support! 🩸It’s been absolutely incredible!

To help celebrate Blood Price’s launch, I wanted to share with you an incredible surprise! I was gifted with such a sweet gift: a commissioned bookmark for Blood Price, artwork by the incredibly talented Jaria Rambaran! So, what better way to celebrate Blood Price‘s release than to show off this incredible artwork??

Let’s check it out!

Bookmark Reveal

Check it out in all of it’s glory! Artwork by Jaria Rambaran!

This is a double-sided bookmark, where the left is the front and the right is the back of the bookmark. I wanted something with the tagline, but I also wanted something with that reflects Ashilde’s journey. The left artwork shows her at the beginning of the story. Hopeful, stoic and determined, for certain. The lefthand side shows her towards the end, after enduring a harrowing journey.

Jaria captured this change perfectly and I’m just so blown away with how these turned out. The juxtaposition of the colors, the background of winter snow compared to burning fire. Her hair and face changes! It’s just!! I’m so blown away, still. 😭

I have some bookmarks on order now and I can’t wait to send them out as part of future giveaways and gifts! And potentially leave them my books I find out in the wild. 👀
