Bio
Nicole Evans (she/hers) writes epic fantasy romances with queer, feminist FMCs who embark on adventures brimming with hilarious side quests while experiencing heartfelt love and healing. With an MFA in Fiction, more trunked novels than she can count, and too many ideas to keep track of, she made her authorial debut with Blood Price. Her next release, THE BECKONED AND THE BOUND—first in a fantasy romance series of interconnected standalones—comes out November 2026. A queer, disabled writer, she lives in the Midwest with her partner and their pets, though she yearns to escape to the forest one day.
When not writing, she can be found bemoaning her massive TBR pile, avoiding the main mission in RPGs until every side quest is done, obsessing over trees, watching birds she can’t name, getting another tattoo, and eating sharp cheddar cheese.
